By accessing or using the QPlus Inventory application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
QPlus Inventory provides inventory management services, including but not limited to:
The App is designed to assist small businesses in efficiently managing their inventory.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You shall not misuse the App, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent activities, transmitting harmful code, or infringing on the rights of others.
The Free Plan includes essential features, allowing for 30 orders per month, management of 1 warehouse, and access for 1 user.
The Premium Plan offers support for 1000 orders per month, management of up to 3 warehouses, and access for 3 users, along with premium support services.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as per the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
In no event shall [Your Company Name], its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in internationally, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
